That was probably my biggest regret when i had to sell that. I needed something more practical as all my miles were/are mostly motorway and i needed something i could get the fishing gear in.
I'll have another beetle or bay/splitty one day.

The Bug is stunning! Love the range of cars you've had in the past. Quite envious.

Thanks mate.
Yeah, the beetle was as good as it looked....and very low(for me)it hated speed bumps!!
The range is cos i like to try different motors. Since i started driving i've had allsorts. The Humber Sceptre i had was one of my faves, along with Capri's, Cortinas(mostly mk3's), Minis(the real ones), even had an Allegro(but i try to keep that quiet)!! Lol
Now though, i'm veedub through and through, not because i see them as more reliable(cos they're not)but because i know my way round them. In the future though, i fancy getting my hands on something American and classic...Pontiac GTO springs to mind.

Corrado looks pretty clean. How much do you have in mind when you come to sell?
