Been creeping the pages of the forum for a while now and built the courage up to show the cars I've owned some good some not so.

The List:
Mk1 Punto 1.1 Red
Mk2 Punto 1.2 Silver
Mk4 Golf 1.4 Green
Audi A3 8L 1.8T Greyish
Astra 1.8 Blue
Saab 9-3 2.2TiD Black (Currently in the garage)

First was my Mk1 Punto great little runabout, cheap to insure and alright fuel. Unfortunately the head went twice due to the young boy racer side of me.

Then it was a Mk2 Punto another cheap runabout but was shortlived after having a gearbox, clutch and driveshaft it ended up a good 10 feet into a farmers field.

In its former glory

Then I realised I needed to get real and not drive like suck a c*ck, so i bought something to last, my Mk4 Golf.
This was the day I got it

Then after throwing some wages at it and some time in the garage.

Then the speed bug bit me, by now I'd been driving a good year and my dad didn't seem worried by the idea so I invested into the A3.

Unfortunately the plod slapped three points on my license so I had to swap with my mum for her '05 plate Scenic 1.5dci (Bit embarrassing being an 18yr old lad) unfortunately theres no pics of this passion wagon.

Eventually managed to swap the Audi for an Astra and cash my way. Downside it did look and sound a bit chavvy.

I got told I'd be having an op where I couldn't drive for 6 months so the Astra went to some bad lad chav down the road from me. Turns out I'm still waiting on the op so I got the luxury of my sisters Mk2 Punto Sporting in Yellow, cracking car for anyone after a cheap runabout or somebody whos just passed their test. I do a lot of miles driving up and down the country so the sister got her Punto back with nice new brakes tyres etc. Just this week purchased a Saab 9-3 off my old man and can't really complain about it. The diesel engine pulls well on the motorway which is great especially the MPG and for comfort its second to none. I'd post you all a picture but its in the garage having some minor bits and pieces, so will upload asap.

Thanks for taking the time and feel free to comment on anything.

Yes was quite a step down to be totally honest but at the time I only had my license on my mind and as much as I loved the reponse and feel of the Audi it was just to tempting to get that heavy right out, so thought I'd best go a bit slower with a little poke for those awkward moments.

Probably will just be me, but I really like the look of that Astra! What engine is it?

The only thing I strongly disliked on the astra were the white wheels and the noise from the back box, tested patience on drives longer than an hour. It was a 1.8 sxi served its purpose well and the lad before me did nothing but look after it.

I'm biased because my car is almost the same colour with white wheels, and yeah I can understand you not liking the drone from the back box.

The colours great I think and the white wheels did go well. I'm not a fan of the colour white really that's all. What do you drive mate?

If I hadn't failed my driving test, it would have been a Clio dci.
