Last year I was lucky enough to get asked along to a photo shoot for Classic and Sportscar magazine.

They were doing an article on Toyota MR2s and covering all the models in one go. I was there to keep the mk1 end up, so to speak. At last the mag is out with the write up in it.

I had to travel up to The Cat and Fiddle in Derbyshire, which is a 7 hour round trip, so it was along old day.
It's not a part of the world I had been to before, but those bloody speed cameras seem a bit over the top.

It was a bit wet later on in the day, as you can see but a good time was had by all.

I wish I could take pics like that frown

Lovely pics - I am the new owner of the mk2 in the pictures. Is the magazine out yet? I'd love to see it in print. Do you have the files from the shoot? Is there any chance I could have a copy of them, be great to have some high-res images of the car?

Your mk1 looks lovely too - particularly like those rolling shots. Great car!

Bloody hell Owen, whats the chances of that. The mag was out last thursday so you should be able to get it alright.

Mark, the previous owner said he was just about to sell it. It might be worth giving him a shout if your still in contact as he would have received two copies of the mag and a DVD with all the pictures on as well earlier this week.

If not I could knock off another copy of the DVD if you get stuck. Uploading/Downloading isn't really an option as all together the pictures weigh in at 900 meg or so.

I am in contact with Mark, he's sending me a copy of the mag and DVD, was just curious whether you had some of the pics lying about. Very helpful bloke who went above and beyond considering I'm the one who took away his P+J!

Lovely little mk1, i still really need to scratch my mk1 supercharger itch.

I recently sold my mk2 turbo, so can appreciate the condition of your car,, however there seems to be a problem with the driver's headlight.

Stephen.
