Cheers guys....seems there's a few more who get as excited as me with the air cooled thing!! Try telling that to some of my supposed petrol head friend's who run the likes of m series cars etc and think i'm mad for buying an antiquated piece of automotive history...ah well each to their own...you get it or you don't and I never bought cars based on public opinion!

Way more special than a 1 series. Much more sense of occasion. Will save you a fortune too. 993S models are heading north, whereas the BM would have plummeted over the next few years.
