944S2 oil level sensor??

Anybody know where the oil level sensor is on a 91 944S2? The oil level waring light on mine won't go out even thought the oil level ( and pressure ) are OK.
I'm suspecting a duff sensor but need to know where to look.

It is directly bolted in the sump, just above the oil drain screw.

It seems to be reading OK now but I'll check the sensor anyway now I know where it is.
