RS2 has 17" Cup alloys over big reds....

Ahh but were the the RS2 'reds' not 964 RS/Turbo calipers rather than 993 ?????

Mind you hasnt Dom upgraded to 993 big reds on the baron under 17's? & 968 big reds are 'I think' 993s

"Big reds" is such a generic expression for Porsche brakes...As far as I understand the RS2 and 968 CS M030 have large reds fitted from the 965 3.3. All 3 of these came with 17" as standard.
The 993 TT/RS "big reds" fronts do require 18" wheels....The "biggest reds" on the front of the Cayenne Turbo probably require 19" wheels, although I sort of lost interest while looking at the thing

Ah-ha! Anoraks at dawn.

The standard RS2 did indeed use 304x32mm 968 'big reds' (as also used on 928 and others) but Audi offered the option of the 322x32mm cross drilled 993TT 'big reds' which is what I have. They fit fine under my 17" Cup alloys......

Interesting Jeremy I bet it stops well even with all that weight. I am fine on the porker details, I really do need to swot a little more where the option lists of Volkswagen groups utility vehicles are concerned
