Been lent a Cayenne Turbo for 24 hours for an extended test drive and must say I am very impressed!!

Hope your related to an Arabian Oil tycoon !!!

I've heard they've got storming performance, but with an appetite for fuel to go with it !!!

I reckon if they made a good Diesel one to rival the performance of the X5 3.0d then they would clean up.

Wise words. Stick the V10 diesel out of the Tourag into the Cayenne and adjust the suspension to cope with the weight and they probably would sell very well in the UK. But with the VW/Porsche joint platform agreement would Porsche be allowed to?

BTW does anyone know if BMW are sticking the turbo 3.0 diesel of the new 535d into the X5?

Got to say last time I was at my OPC I had a look over one and couldn't believe how cool the electric towbar is.

who cares, it came with a full tank and they said to use it....

its been interesting on the flash flooded roads, its actually a very, very good car. I would be happy with a 3.2 mind....

Read somewhere that Porsche has no interest in producing a diesel KN, as it doesn't fit in with their ethos and values, or something like that.

Has anyone driven the V10 VW? Bet it goes like a steam train.

Thanks

The 3.2 has as much pull as Will off Pop Idol...although it is a great car it has no go. You are always trying to get the thing going and using loads of gas in the process. I am looking to buy an S but travel 30k+ per year and even though the fuel bill is affordable, do I want to spend that much on the damn stuff?
