I've been trying to decide if I like it or not.

I don't think I do. It looks fake tatty. I don't mind patina on an old car that could tell lots of stories, but this is like rat-rodding.
I can sort of understand if it's to deter vandalism when parked up, but why wreck your own car just incase someone else does?! Surely he'd be better hiring storage and driving something else during the week, or moving house to somewhere with less passers by.

The wheels look pants too. Even if they had the polished rim I think they'd improve the car a bit.

Just my 2p though.

im guesing it wasnt pristine paint that he wrecked , maybe it was getting scruffy and needed some repairs , the rattle can job saves a ££££ job getting keyed until he decides what to do with it ?

I like it.

I don't care what the reasoning is behind it, it's just nice to see someone being different.

It's just stuff afterall.

It's actually not Banksy but Blek Le Rat, French graffiti artist,...older than Banksy. Banksy actually inspired himself a lot from Blek.

Such a cool thing to do, gives it the rat rod kind of look. It has been around for quiet a few years, so I imagine the owner picked the car up relatively cheap.

You'd probably know if it was you driving. Do you look like Tom Hanks?

Not Tom hanks but a bloke who lives in my village - it's a T yes - nice loud exhaust - he's a cool dude and it's been this way for years with a few different versions (he replaced the front wings recently) - drives it all weathers and isn't garaged most of the time - lovely car

I saw it in Chelsea a few weeks ago - amazingly cool car in the flesh. Loud and brilliant.
The ultimate middle finger to the usual Porsche OCD crew IMO.

Big respect to the chap for having the balls to do it.

And as the engine doesn't keep going pop, he has money to spend on the paintwork.
