Cayenne - Collapsable spare tyre?

Seen mention that the ceyenne comes with a Collapsible spare tyre rather than a full sized spare/donut or tyre in a can.

Any more info on it, does anyone have one? Would be intrested in finding a supplier.

I think its an inflatable steel rim spare tyre - its an option on the Cayennes.

i have one in the boot of my Cayenne S. Its a steel rim, and the car comes with a compressor to pump it up.

However if you have the optional air suspension, you can inflate using a hose from that.

Personally the thought of changing a wheel on a 2.5 tonne beast doesnt bear thinking about!!

Having changed a few wheels before I can confirm you don't need to lift the car by hand. So weight usually isn't an issue
