997 Turbo upgrade to 9e 28 by Nine Excellence (pic heavy)

Weirdly since I hardly ever see 997GT2s or even lookalikes, I just spotted this driving down the road in Marbella.
I'm really not sure what it is and couldn't get up close as it was driving off.
It seems to have the turbo rear wing mechanism so I'm going 997 Turbo but if it is someone has gone to a LOT of trouble putting on new rear wings and putting a Ruf style intercooler intake up there, maybe it is a Carrera with a turbo spoiler but that sounds even more work ?
The car has 997GT2.1 front and rear with .2 lights, has steel brakes, rear seats and are those 20" wheels ?
A nice hot rod, looked great in the sun and the colour looked stunning

But with OE GT2 front and rear bumpers rather than the Ruf items (and better for them imo) :
I don’t think the 997 GT2 aero kit is wild though, not compared to a GT3 RS.
Being body coloured helps it blend in.
I think the loud colours look too incongruous with it, just my humble opinion though. I’d like to think the OP can do whatever he likes best but for some bizarre reason, despite paying tens of thousands of pounds changing the look of his car he’s being dictated to do what he does with his money by Porsche.

I very much doubt it will be any other colour other than the OPs choice. Can’t wait to see finished article. I’ve seen a 997 GT2 in BRG. It doesn’t look too different to black actually. Someone’s painted an F40 BRG. One of nicest restomods I’ve seen.
Same person owned both brg gt2 rs and did this f40. BRG very nice and so many lovely greens to choose from. Second pic RS and Viper Green different colour codes ( RS Green (2D8) and Viper Green (225) although many hence need to be careful if its Viper, Signal or RS as all quite different in flesh. This Speedster looks a million dollars in Mintgrün.
