I bought my Cayman S from Cridfords 2 years ago without inspection and was happy with the deal and very happy with the way they prepped the car. Having said that I called up a few weeks after buying to query a couple of (minor) issues on the car and was simply passed onto one of the service guys who, lets put it this way, obviously hadn't had much training in customer service. My overall impression was good service from the sales guys but not sure I would want to test them on returning a car for a serious warranty issue. Treat them as you would any other s/h car dealer!
I bought a Cayman from the a few years back, no real problems
A couple of minor things (scuffed wheel, tax less than they said) were noticed when I collected that weren't quite right but they immediately dropped the price by the relevant amount to rectify
Re aftersales I didn't have any problems with the car so can't comment but I would use them again

There are better places to by a used Porsche from. However if they have a particular car you like then go and see it. Having bought from them before I would get an independent inspection on the car just to be sure as their after sales isn't great.
I would probably buy from them again but wouldn't be so trusting in the future.

their jaunty angled photos drive me mad. In fact, it makes me itch just looking at their website.
Worst presentation I have ever seen for this product. And a reason I would not buy from them. Seems mad but anyone that thinks those angled photos are cool is not 100% in my book......
Years and years ago before all this angled business I test drove a few cars and they seemed pleasant and knowledgable.

Agree about that. No need for the angles whatsoever. But don't let that put you off buying there. Worst presentation I have ever seen for this product. And a reason I would not buy from them. Seems mad but anyone that thinks those angled photos are cool is not 100% in my book......
