When I was after a 996 turbo last year, I enquired but they had nothing (manual) at that time. However, I felt a measure of their professionalism was the follow up call I got from Greig as soon as something suitable arrived in their stock - albeit sadly too late as I'd already found a car - which somehow gave the impression of a reassuringly organised outfit who did actually want your business.
That's very commendable (and very rare).
clap
I'm certainly not having a dig at RPM here, but calling up someone who has expressed an interest in buying a car when you get that car in is hardly worthy of commendation for going above and beyond, surely it's just common sense! hehe

Its not which is why it's so staggering how so few can be bothered to do it

Have you actually tried buying cars? Look at the number of threads where people are pissed up or have given up on dealers - not just OPC but other manufacturers - because it makes what could be a good experience into something worse than a chore.

I have and I get that, but just because they're doing what should be done and a lot of dealers aren't, doesn't mean it's above and beyond, it just means they're not crap like others hehe

If we set the bar so low for specific praise that calling a potential customer back to try and sell them a car they've already told you they want is considered noteworthy, we may be part of the problem 'cause we then set dealer's expectations so low as to what they're required to do.

Highly recommend Greig and RPM overall - I've been to a lot of places and these guys win hands down - straight talking, bundles of integrity and passionate about looking after their customers.

8 years later, still a great outfit? About to pull the plug on 991 T and going to look at their one. Hear good things about them but only ever bought from OPC. For piece of mind it does comes with 2 yrs Porsche Extended Warranty.

They have become the UK Manthey Racing partner in the meantime as well.

As I understand they have geared more towards the 991/2 cars now, instead of the 996/7 cars.
