PUUR Porsche fest last week:

In the 70s the 914 was my favorite Porsche. Until the 944 came along. Only 2 at the fest...
I had a 914 back in the late 80's, albeit with the 916/6 arch kit but the 1.7 on dual Webers. It was such a fun car though and I often wonder what happened after I sold it. (Far too cheaply!) It's about the only car I would swap my 996 for.

PCGB Region 13 evening at Caffeine & Machine:

First time visiting C&M and really enjoyed it, very relaxed atmosphere, great food and some very nice cars to check out

I'd guess Centre Lock wheels.

No, they're dummy centrelock trims as originally supplied with the OZ Formula HLT wheels.

Ahh, yeah. I wouldn't actually want centre locks they are a pain the arse to remove and my car doesn't stay in once piece for long.

Looks so different from Donnington shakedown when it had no graphics. Much more 'racecar'.

Did it go well?

Is it just me or is there a whiff of BMW Z3 about that 914 rear end?
