About bloody time.
Speaking of which, doing the bushes on the M3 last night involved a lot of blood and swearing. Interesting to see if YouTube will flag the video up!
How easily does that happen? As a rule of thumb, I don't swear in videos but the other day had one where someone else did and I wasn't sure whether to leave it in. Having published it without removing, the video didn't seem to get any negative consequence as a result. Speaking of which, doing the bushes on the M3 last night involved a lot of blood and swearing. I'm not sure if I receive any ad revenue during the review time, it's not a massive concern for my channel being fairly small, but I would be concerned with a channel of your size to probably keep the swearing out.
Did you notice a drop in ad revenue from it, or was there a delay in getting the green monetisation tick?
There was no noticeable loss of earnings on that video at all; I would say it hit the same RPM as anything else at current. On the other hand, for whatever reason that video did not get a huge amount of views in total so it's not easily comparable.
I'm sure that YouTube promote videos that earn them more; although they might not admit to it. I.e. a video connected to high rate advertisers gets naturally more views as well as more revenue, than something that's less easily connected to adverts.

Tim, just out of pure curiosity, does it ever annoy you the sheer amount of times people seem to misspell Shmee "Schmee"?
It did 5+ years ago but I guess I'm completely normalised now to all sorts of strange spellings. Most phones will autocorrect it to 'Ahmed' too which is always funny.Shmee said:
