Black 993 at RPM I flagged earlier sold a few weeks ago.

Also this lovely 964 C2 (RS Evocation) went up for sale yesterday at 911V for what I think is a fair price (actually looks cheap considering the level of upgrades and price of a good RHD RS) for a good condition sorted 964 C2 in very desirable spec. A few months ago would have probably made £80k +

Sportsmen bet she's sold in 24 hours and cars not original paint or colour etc smile
Last sold for circa £42,900 in 2014 as I highlighted it here That's some mark-up.

People trying to cash out of the bubble?

Have you found one or are you still living in 2014. You won’t find a good one with that mindset

Not correct you or me could have bought her. Thought about it but as you know I have nowhere to keep the thing without keeping her outside. The cars defo in the very useable territory other than cage and stiffer suspension suited to weekend fun at the track. It’s not one for the polishing brigade no way.

The car I’ve pointed out above is drive the wheels off type car but the blue chip stuff still seems mega dear

The nicest Italian blue chip stuff still making mega bucks too. I think with early RS and 964 RSR, RS 993 RS, RSR etc they’re just as historically significant. Money no object is love to own that RSR. Looks hard as nails smile

How much was it up for ? If it was £80k then they got lucky, can't be many buyers out there for this kind of car. Colour obviously sold it since the mods aren't huge.

Cool. Just pointing out good cars still very much selling. I suspect Porsche dealers would buy stock like that mint green 964 acquired recently as many times as they possibly could. Recent marks . All good air cooled via good porsche specialists

136k mile 993 3.8 £65k
62k mile 993 C4S £94k
87k mile 964 C4 £60k

Even the mint green 964 C2 RS Rep for £75k likely has probably done high mileage pre rebuild. The nice thing above is people are realising its about condition rather than how many miles the cars covered. Sold now!

Another interesting sale recently which sold in a flash was a mk 1 GT3 in PTS RS green for £93k. For not much more the purchaser could have had an RS which I know is near identical but if you're spending that sort of money may as well have the RS. Lovely car nevertheless. Congrats to all the new owners

Find a good car is a challenge, having a unique colour sets them apart and you only have to appeal to that one buyer who'll pay a little more for the uniqueness.

The mint 964 was nice, but no a price I'd pay. I just hope the new owner drives it!

Less unique cars aren't moving quite so quicky, time of year and economy playing their part.

The 964 RSR was good value in 2005 at ~£50k. Drove it 1,000s km around Spa.

I know, was not fun to be so far away from the likeminded, though surrounded by Group C compensated a bit. Will you be racing at Spa?

Bonhams Bond Street sale at the weekend only sold 10 out of 30 cars - think their other London sale a couple of days ago got more than 50% of lots sold

This came into 911 Virgin on Saturday. Sold on Sunday for £230,000.00

Fair play to the owner. Bought her for buttons added lots of miles and sold her for a small fortune wink

That is Gorgeous!

I must say though, I am 99% sure that my definition of 'buttons' differs massively to yours hehe
