It sold on collecting cars for £90,000 according to them. Sounds about right for an import.

Must have gone down in price as it 'went' for 95K at the Silverstone Auction around this time last year.

Hopefully Turbo Cab still comes on here as dropped him a pm about his old one

been eyeing these up myself.

what's the catch ?, they seem cheap, £300k less than the RS one

A GT3 with a turbo but very rare, it's one of the few cars I have not been in let alone driven, but to me looks a great car.
I really fancy one.

Leeds have a 9k mile one in atm, why do these not sell ?

That’s been up for sale for ever

Nearly as long as the classicS OPC Leeds have which I reckon they’ve had for at least two years. Cheap storage for the owners....

The one Tom Hartley now has for has also been up for years. My local opc tried to sell years ago, think it was 125k at the time.

Looks like Tom Hartley couldn’t sell the imported 997gt2 club sport and jzm fancy there chances again.

This ones been put in a few auctions and failed to sell and then pushed around a number of well known independents and still hasn’t been able to sell. I find it really odd as I’ve seen the car in the flesh and it’s beautiful and I personally love the colour combo.

would not mind another GT2, but not at nearly 150k gbp. Just had a quick look on mobile.de and it does seem like there a fewer for sale and prices are higher than last time I checked. Not that long ago I remember seeing a white CS for c 110 or 115k euros. Maybe prices are slowly going up for these [I paid c 95k Euros in December 2014 for my car]

The RR car was for sale a few years ago at OPC Cardiff for same money. Didn't sell having been in classifieds for well over 12 months. Same with most of them TBH. I've not seen much liquidity at all. I'd not pay £85k-95k for most of those cars personally.

Yes, I left the Ruby Red example for dead in 330D MSport whilst driving through the never ending roadworks heading South on the M1 some years ago. He was steadfastly cruising through the roadworks at 50mph, I absolutely smoked him at 55mph biggrin

And FWIW, the Ruby Red hue did the car no favours whatsoever.

Not worth it Slippy. I love the RR one but no way not at that money too many other nice cars. These aren't worth much more than a 997 GT3 to me. Engine not exciting enough GT2 for the money IMO. In fact if owner ever does want to sell RR GT2 I'm here at reasonable money don't mind one with a few miles. Its actually low mileage for year but have you seen the low mileages on these? biggrin

Hello,

Yeah, it does seem to be the same cars for sale/not moving and I'd love them to have a price correction down!

The rr car, there seems to be 2 on the market though the Malaysian one at jzm seems to have found a buyer (which I thought was the one that bounced around various places, gaining 10k each time?)

And yes, I'd rather buy one with mileage on so it can be driven

Its stunning. I could make that same critique of GT2 RS and they're £500k for a nice one or something silly. Market flat on these though. Few sell here and there but it was always like that in GT2 market. I'd love the 51,000 mile one as you say pile some more miles on in those comfort seats which i see as a bonus from usability point of view. Fun on road too. Maybe I'm being harsh they are special. But for numbers rather than experience vs say the 997 GT3 RS. I'd personally always take the GT2 if just one as I mainly use on road and a few track days. Guys hiked the prices up overnight and fairplay to them they hold that illiquid GT stock. I think that whole GT market has had an undesirable effect on all GT model prices. 992 GT3 at £300k I believe. The hype/investor trickles in to the real enthusiast GT2 market I feel. I'm not bitter laugh
