Wow you stole that. I would put the RUF plate on it and enjoy. My old XK140 FHC is a lot “Ruffer” than that but that’s what people love about it. Every mark, scuff chip etc tells a story. You will never lose money on it.
Incredible. He has basically bought a £120K Porsche for £60K,...how everyone slept through that auction amazes me.

You need to turn the knob to minimum in the wet!
I've been experimenting with the adjustable turbo boost control knob in the cockpit.

Fully anticlockwise produces 0.5bar and a lovely surge of power. I don't think that I have been brave enough to turn the knob fully clockwise, but I have got to 1.5bar and a frankly quite scary explosion of horsepower. It's not the number of bhp but rather the savagery of the power delivery.

By way of an update on this car I've been doing some investigations under the car from my old fashioned workshop pit. The car has the RUF twin spark plugs conversion, which I haven't seen before. This certainly gave me a shock when I was checking the spark plugs!

I was lucky enough to be able to buy the RUF 930 numberplate earlier this week to put on the car as suggested by julian987R. Thanks for the heads up fellow PHers.

Oh that is great on the numberplate, only too pleased to help.
It still amazes me how you bagged a £120K+ Porsche for £60K, must be the Porsche deal of the century! Show a pic of it with the new numberplate, I'd love to see it. Thanks in advance. Best regards
