There are 12 992 GT3 Tourings for sale on AT.
The number of sale has been growing over the last few months.

Even those asking prices are coming down. lowest is at £230K
I still can’t quite figure out if these modern GT models are overvalued / in a bubble or if something like a 996.1 CS or even a 996 RS is ridiculously undervalued
I don’t understand why the modern cars, built in huge numbers, are so much more expensive than the old water cooled cars
Agreed. They were properly light and tasteful unlike the modern bloatwear with all the little sticky out bits.

The latest GT3 RS seems pointless. No good as a road car unless you don’t mind no change of pants and too big / rare / expensive as a track car.

I think for me, this 23yr old grainy Porsche advert for the 996 Turbo (Porsche a Company of Dreamers) sums it up.

A lot of Porsche models have always been; Irrational, Impractical and Unnecessary, but it doesn't stop you wanting one.
Need V Want.

Cartoon Veloce is drive in and out with less faff. Just unzip the door. It sits on a frame.
