one of the matrix films - cant remember if 2 or 3 - keanu goes to see the frenchman, entrance in underground car park. 2 girls get out of what appears to be an utterly mint 911, 2.7 I think. girls were gorgeous, but car was better...

The film about stealing 911's was 'No Mans Land' starring Charlie sheen, great film. I've got it on video and have been trying to get it on DVD but it doesn't appear to be out yet.

It's deleted in the uk, but if you have a multi region DVD player you can buy it on amazon.com from the states for about 17 dollars.

Best film ever. The stunt driving is phenomenal, the way they drift that 3.2 Carrera around that right hander before the tunnel is fantastic.

Red 911 driven by the baddie in Commando, just before Arnie drops him off a cliff.

as said, YELLOW targa, which is clearly the best, because it's tipped on it's side and magically repairs itself within seconds

Christopher Walken as the mad brother in Annie Hall driving a 911 to the airport with Woody Allen & Diane Keaton in the car.

The opening 5 minutes of Breathless. Richard Gere steals a 911S and races it at night the wrong way down a freeway. Awesome sound of the original 911 through the open windows.

Just been to see "The Business". Apart from being a very good movie, it has a silver 928 S2 and a red 944 Lux driven by our main characteres. Quite cool...

I once saw a weird australian film about a young guy who nicks a silver 911 carrera and drives it miles with a woman, I was quite young so details a bit sketchy, good car footage i seem to remember. I think it went off a cliff at the end.
I think you're right - unfortunately I can't remember the name of the film either!

There was an American film, quite old, about youths in California who raced cars down a mountain (like a reverse hillclimb!); anyway they had a tuned 911 that sounded the business.

Well after watching Sexy Beast last night on Channel 4 I would argue that its the LHD 964 Driven by Ian McShane which magically changes into a 993 during the trip from central London to Heathrow in the final scene. The producers either thought that a 993 was a little more 'gangster' or more likely the 964 developed an oil leak & couldn't manage the Journey
