iPod in 996 - what is the best way to connect it?

no what you do, get everyone in your office to buy walkers crisps, then, have a company policy that the boss gets to keep all the wraapers (and numbers contained on them for the competition) this way you have more chance of winning and the staff, lets be fair, all think no one is going to win anyway so they just let you have them.

Colorware say "coming soon"

Also, FM kits, they are crap ones and there are okay ones. I might just sell my current Alpine unit and buy one of the new ones with the iPod connectivity kit.

What about connecting it via the tape player ?

I've got PCM 1 and it has tape. Not sure if the quality is any good though ?

lol @ spence, good impression, I thought for a min you where actually gary linaker!

tapes - analogue recordings using magnetic tape, not as versatile as vinyl thats why its dead.

vinyl is still however out there, and to be honest I am still a purist (one of the dying few i admit)

anyways im of to go gain friendship by posting a thread "spotted 996 on the M25" :P
