Ok, I've waved at a couple of P.B. owners recently and had nothing in response.

Will do! PB owners can seem to be a bit up themselves. Waved at some fellow PB owners when I first got mine. Given up now after getting some funny looks! Miserable lot!

i must admit that when i bought my boxster i waved at everyone i saw and very rarely got a reply..... head up rectum springs to mind with a few of them.....

keep smiling peeps..... and wave next time.....lol

Had a Boxster for a week and waved at every other one I've seen. No response and I've given up trying

I'd agree with others - I waved merrily for the first few weeks - never got a wave back - now 1 go by with nose in air! It wasn't the same in the Lotus - like others say I don't think there are too many enthusiasts driving these cars - just well off types who don't really feel passionate about the marque, or being friendly!

I always wave at boxster owners. I like to encourage those who are on a starter porsche, whilst inspiring them to move up to something with a bit more grunt (and more seats)
