not motorzone. this was black, with nice wheels and in reading, and its one of the last ones we looked at. the picture was on a gravel driveway and the garage itself seemed to specialise in beemers. helping?

ok, update: have just spoken to the chap (he phoned me, ok?!) and hes offering me a woeful trade on my cerb as i expected. so i asked him what hed want for cash on the car, should i find it ok after a check up and stuff, and he said 26k. thats a grand off already, and im guessing with a bit of back and forth that id get a bit more off that on top, so if were now looking at the low to mid 25's, im thinking this now seems a bit more reasonable. whaddya think?
Seriously, get the car checked out.......even if you get it for 24 grand.....so what!
if it is not the best example you could spend 3-5 grand sorting it out..
If it comes out with the all clear from an inspection then it may be a great buy at 26 grand...
Find a car you are interested in....which you have...then work out the deal, based on what you are actually buying.

so, update to my update: the dreams over. the 996 c4 is in fact a 996 c2, and it is on an R. and I'm buggered if I'm going to pay that much for a high mile c2 if i don't have to. plus, it appears to have finance outstanding on it. harrumph.
so, if anyone sees a black/ Grey one with relatively low miles and black/ beige/ red interior kicking about please let me know, id really appreciate it. hell, ill even buy the crisps.
or, if anyone knows a good way of me raising 20k via some sort of short term loan so that i can buy and pay back when the cerbs been sold id really appreciate that too. thats a genuine request by the way.
thanks for all your time and advice good people, you've been a huge help. drinks are on me
