You're right, it does look better when covered in grime. Wonder if they'll go with those exhausts? Seems strange if it has the same style as the 3.6, leaving only the 3.8 with quads. Good job they covered the badge, by the way. That fooled the photographers.

Not that radical, fog lights are ugly, rear almost identical to 996tt but with nice bodywork exit exhaust.

Looks ok to me, it doesn't really look any different than I expected it to considering the current models already vailable.

Hopefully a credible magazine will do a 996/997 TT twin test once it is available.

Looks good to me apart from the fog lights. gone a bit wrong with them. I imagine it will look a lot more imposing in the flesh.

One thing I liked about the 996, M5, Astons, Bentleys, is that they had NO discernable front fog lights. ie., an anti-chav statement. 'I don't need them, because I don't need to pretend'

Also, they really should make a better effort of integrating the side air intake with the wing/door, a la Ferrari 328 dare I say..

Oh no - that is not good. The rear is awful - those exhausts remind me of the new Honda Civic

Front fog lights really naff but quite like the slim LED indicator on the front splitter That is the only thing I like. Think a standard 997 with a Techart kit is the way to go but for now I'm more than happy to hang onto my 996 C4S I think.

Has Bangle moved to Porsche and not told anybody?

I agree with the majority, not that impressed for what is going to be a £100k car.
Sure in line with all Turbo'd 911's it will be very very fast & look brutal rather than pretty (like an Aston or a Ferrari)
Lets hope it goes through some styling tweaks before its launched.

It doesnt look very 'hippy' the side intakes dont work and distract making the car look 'slim' rather then having nice curvy hips which I love on the 993turbo and 996turbo.

Im sure there were pics of a long crescent shape intake I saw, almost from the bace of the door up to the window shape. - any pics of this memory
