Melv,

Saw your car at VW on Sunday - fantastic. Unfortunately you did not seem to be around yourself for me to say Hello (I got there a bit late) but maybe next time.

I thought the history and spec information sheets you'd put in the car were a good idea. I think I might put another post on the Events section suggesting this become standard practice at meets. That way we can all find out a bit about the cars even if the owner is on walkabout (or in the pub!).

Melvs cup car is FABULOUS - he took me for a quick burn down Egham bypass (hi Mel ) - it's F A S T and, I know it's a cliche but you can feel everything (as you'd expect from a racecar) - a brutal/visceral assault on the senses.... AWESOME!
