Dr Alex said:come on Daz you know your 996 turb needs more power.......

I'm a little concerned that a medical professional appears to be prescribing himself and taking a dangerous level medication. I dare the Doctor to restate what he's just rambled when he gets out of the passenger seat at the Ring in May.

I'm curious about the air-scoop... what is it supposed to do? It's neither for air intake purpose, nor aerodynamics (in fact I guess it increases lift as the air is channeled downwards) nor does it look good (at least to me humble eyes), and, as with every additional mass on the roof, it doesn't really help in the challenge of lowering the car's centre of gravity... SO WHY THE BLOODY HELL??? Am I wrong or was the GT3 the real remaining Porsche sportscar (SPORTScar), when compared to the poserish Turbo, and wasn't it about minimalistic I-dun-give-a-****-about-air-conditioning purposeful racing stuff? What Hamann did to the car was something like "convert a goodlooking, track-loving car to a car that LOOKS as if it was about racing and spend €136888 in the process".

I like the doors The rest of it's pretty shocking though.
Surely this is the reason for the roof vent ?

Well this is my nomination for the most horribly butchered 911 of all time...

I think the Max Power style Vauxhall Corsa rear lights are the crowning glory!
