Minor rust repairs

My S2 has a few minor patches of surface rust/bubbling. These are mainly where the armour-fend stuff has worn through behind the front/rear wheel arches and a small amount of bubbling where the nearside rear lightcluster joins the wing. Can anyone recommend somewhere (preferably in the central/south of the country) that does these sort of repairs? How much does this sort of thing cost and will I have trouble getting the paint (cobalt blue metallic) matched?
