there was a vid somewhere of a grey one doing doughnuts and bouncing off the rev limiter, do you know which car that is?
Yes, that is the Chris Harris car, the same one that is currently for sale at 911V.

It has had an engine rebuild last year, and everything was made perfect before Cavey bought the car.

Looks a steal! Any issue with the higher mileage? I had my eye on the other one they have for sale, but after seeing the video above was slightly put off to be honest...

That's my car at 911 Virgin. It used to belong to Slippydiff and is, to the best of my knowledege, a straight and very good car.

Miles is a personal thing really. I don't think it affects the car at this sort of number, but it does influence the price and the market.

PM me if you want to chat about it.

Yep, that is a really good car. Saw it many times when Slippydiff had it. Definitely a safe buy for someone smile

Was mine for 2 years before Slippydiff had it. I bought it from Porsche, put in the recaros and cage and changed the ceramics to PF when they started to fail, spent a fortune on it. It was a totally straight car when I sold it and it sounds like it still is, an absolute bargain for someone.

Probably best giving Matt a call @ Fearnsport as he knows the car really well. But if I was in the market for another one, this would be at the top of the list smile

I wonder when the dampers/suspension were last looked at. Mine had a fair amount to do at 40k last month and felt not too bad on the road, though obviously not right.

But the money spent has utterly transformed it, rebuilt dampers and various other replacements and adjustments made.

It's so controlled over bumps and poor surfaces now and stable on the power eg crossing the road to overtake it's added no end to the amount of joy driving it. Fewer steering corrections through corners and predictable tail out (rarely done though).

I reckon it's well worth a thought for anyone with a 40k+ gt car.

Well looks like it had been through the ranks on here. Which is a good thing. Only problem in my mind is when selling at possible mileage of approaching 100k will really get a kick in the teeth!
Its quite rare to see them with these kind of miles! May go and have a look soon though.
