996 Front Bumper removal?

How do you remove/replace the front bumper on a 996.
A friend's had an encounter with a tow-bar that needs repair.
Haven't looked at it yet but any constructive pointers would be very gratefully received.

Look at www.realtime.net/~rentner/Porsche/Radiator/Radiator.html very thorough with pictures, for a Boxster, but the same as a 996.
