Don, my brother has an 'ordinary' Boxster and had a similar problem to you (I think). His Porsche dealer ended up changing the ECU to solve it. Unfortunately his dealer is not local to you, unless you happen to live in Vancouver........

Thanks for that, Kevin. I suspect that will be the next thing to try should the problem recur.
