i have just used martin reed ( nr barnstable ) for a good check up and AC on my gt3 mk1 . top guy, super knowledgable , helpful and quick , i couldnt recommend enough.

Martin Reed did a survey on a 3.2 carrera for me a year ago and I was along him to test drive one of his customers cars in march.
Martin has been a fantastic help to a first time porsche buyer like me.
He is a very traditional garage man working out of a double garage. If you want a one-to-one rather than a dealership he is your man.
I hope to be singing his praises again in a week or two when i go back to Devon to collect my 1st porker, a car on his reccommdation.

Yes I have heard of martin reed too.
Was that GT3 red ? Saw a mint one as I sat in traffic outside Braunton Garage, sounded awesome, last friday seem to recall.

I tend to use Ashley at Braunton Garage for the 'fleet' as they handle some specialist makes as well as Porsche, plus they MOT and offer full garage facility. Been going there for over five years now and always get a great welcome and service & sometimes a loan car.

I literally just picked my 996 up from Ashley at Braunton Garage...
Superb (once again) thanks to all at Braunton Garage ! Really chuffed as they have fixed my AC problem which has been working erratically since I bought the car in 2005. With the 20k service, the AC service and some new Bridgestones the bill came in hundreds less than a quote from Porsche Exeter.

The car is going extremely well - the service I have received from Ashley is top class and gives piece of mind (especially as we are due to leave for Le Mans this Thurs...) Such a great service that I feel obliged to let others know about this gem in a little Devon village.

Hi Guy, lucky for some... Le Mans this year, I wish... I am due my MOT at Braunton Garage next week
so fingers crossed (once more) sooo hate the MOT test date looming thing but its for the best (I suppose) need to be safe tho.

Old chestnut, yeah but valid chestnut (for me in Cornwall) all the same; finding a knowledgable Porsche Head in SW that is not too far off and with reasonable pricing is key to my owning the 964 C4, which is quite a complex beasty and I feel, a bit beyond yocal garages.

Did you see the 928GT that one of the garage members is developing? Sounds awesome - its stripped out ready for track and has some secret tweaks to engine etc - now theres a hairy beast I would not mind a run in.

Best get back to the grind stone. All praise to Ashley and Braunton garage staff (in anticipation of a fresh MOT certificate next week of course...)

Hi, confirm, Ashley and Chris are well worth droping in on - there is always some project on the go...I usually leave there with grin and shake of the head.

Great for up to the minute diagnostics/fault code reading as well as the other things you 'girls' (sorry) have been blathering about (servicing/mots?).

Highly recommend these guys.
