Don't produce the Cayenne - but get your partner veedubya to launch a Toureg as the VW Toureg RS, engineered by Porsche. (Like the RS2, Mercedes 500E).

Would never happen. Porsche may be able to get away with asking £70k+ for an offroader, but there is no way VW could command the same price with the same vehicle.

Seeing as you ask:

I'll answer!

- Keep boxster, introduce RS and boxster coupe as entry level coupe

Agree, yes they definitely should, being released soon? (987 methinketh)

- Keep 911, make more GT3s and GT3-RSs. Do a GT2-RS as the flagship in the range.

Agree, they have (current range), good idea.

- Carrera GT

Stupidly expensive a la 959, but lovely looking motor, that. Lumps in the right place.

Actually, thats not such a bad idea. I'll give you that one

Make the toasters and kettles a bit better.

Ah, but they are only designed by Porsche; not made by them - aren't they made by Siemens? All well and good having something designed by someone, but give it to a bunch of gibbons to manufacture and what do you expect? Badge snobbery worshipping goons to buy them in spades!

Taxi!

Hmmm, I've been thinking. I was wrong. They should just tool up the 964RS production line once again and have one model to keep costs down.

This would come in a variety of editions:

The C2RS Badger - with 30mm extra ride height to allow it to travel over low verges

The C2RS Iguana - lucky heather and free driveway with every purchase

The C2RS Dazren - with a hole in the roof and bench seats so that the 'bigger man' can get in

Of course, Porsche would go under in about ten minutes. But the bloodline would be intact.

I would also get toaster production moved to Weissach as the tw*ts at Siemens obviously have a problem screwing them together.

Mmmmm - I'm not so sure. Audi managed to flog the RS2 to the unsuspecting world for £46K back in '94.

i was thinking the came JC but reflected that it was Audi rather than VW and also a pre announced limited production run of cars.

I don't know JC, I don't see many manufacturers other than Porsche that could get away with charging £70k+ for an off roader. A mate drove an RS6 at the weekend and was pleasantly shocked. Maybe an RS6 with some gangsta suspension mods to allow it to go off road on the craggy stuff.

Whilst chatting might I just mention how delighted I am to see you on this forum and wouldn't it be a good idea for you to get the porsche bug. A GT2CS or a GT3RS might compliment the current stable? what do you think?

Hey Dom have you considered PX-ing the the siemens for a dualit?

I think that is a fine idea. All I need now is for Daz Property Enterprises to supply somewhere to store the damn thing (oh, and some time to drive the various members of the fleet).

And my choice? Mmmm, any one of:
993 GT2
993 RS
993 TT (I'm still trying to persuade DeR to let me have his.....)
GT3 RS
996 GT2 (only if desperate... )

Car storage is a problem the Dazren family residence and worldwide HQ of Dazren Inc is faced with. One double garage, 5 cars 2 of which have to be garaged. Doesn't leave much space for an Atom on a trailer.

Have you considered selling one of the other cars, the TVR perhaps. (This paragraph is embargoed for publication on the Porsche forum only)

DAZ

Edited to say Ring Racing a garage just outside the picturesque village of Nurburg stores cars for about £30 a month.
