Organized the trip for the second time with a group of Porsche-friends.
8 days, 5 cars, 25 Alpine passes and 2400 miles of driving with a big smile.
Seen rain, snow and beautiful sunshine. Very nice weather at Lake Garda and the start of the Mille Miglia.
Now a have only 1135 photo's and 80 hours of film, have to do till 2015.

I just arrived home from epic journey 911 virgin to Prague, Czech republic in my new GT2 and it never missed a beat. 1,300km averaged 100km per hour only because i got stuck in traffic around Brussels and Frankfurt!
Love the car, jumped out at the end feeling fresh as those buckets are most comfortable seats ive ever had. My 9 year old also loves it, loud and fast!
It really is a car to be driven...

OOOooo Just seen a pic of yours, that does look good. Anymore please
Should take approximately a month for DB Carbon to fabricate the carbon wing and mirrors. I also need to get the Mk.2 wheels refinished in silver (currently Atlas Grey). Once that's all done I'll take some new pics Here are a few of the car as it stands.

Is it me or are 996 GT2's starting to sell or have they just been removed from the Classifieds. Your truly stuffed if you have been saving for a while
and then when you finally get the funds together there all gone.
Told you all, get them while the market is still asleep
