You've lost me.

What's a fuel enhancer and what's the most obvious of mods?

T2s tend to run rich when tuned - running lean is the problem, running rich isn't such a headache although it doesn't help fuel consumption and engine longevity.

Neon washer jet nozzles??? Why would that make your car run rich?

ROTFLMAO

UV obviously wants to keep their performance enhancing secret to just the T2 owners, or he'd have told us on all on the forum.

That said, knowing UV, you probably shovel a gramme of coke in the air intake at maximum boost for a little more 'go'.

Sorry for the confusion. For your guide 1 bar bost spring, powerflow intake and k&n air filter, de-catted, Techart straight through exhaust, Haywood & Scott headers and heat exchangers. Runs rich enough for a smell of petrol when swithed off and slightly lumpy idle.

Thought you meant the boost spring. Virtually every one of these I've heard of has run rich. I think UV has done the mot research into these, or speak to our resident expert the ninemeister.

Cheers

You have KE-Jetronic injection if I remember, which is about as crap as CIS. As a result all T2's run rich they can't help it, it is better to be running rich on a turbo than lean. However, I would recommend you get the car on the dyno, its the only way to check things properly. 9M in the north or G-Force in the south have experience of turbo cars and dynos, JZ won't dyno turbo cars.

Re. your specific problem, if it is running rich then it is probably the warm-up regulator. These do go pop, and a new one will cost around £600. Mine did..... However you can get reconditioned units for around £200. They are quite serviceable items apparently....

But, if I were you, i'd get your car on the dyno. With the mods you have you'll probably end up lean when the warm-up regulator is fixed....

Ignore everything I have said if you are actually talking about an Andial type fueller, in which case I would opt for a micro fueller instead. I'm sure 9M can help you out with this....
