Alternative wheels

I've got these Rotas, I can't remember the name of them now though
They really suit the Tuscan IMO, especially the dish on the rear. They are quite a bit lighter at around 2kgs less than a standard alloy. Much stronger and have made a noticible improvement to the way the car drives, it just feels a bit more direct iykwim.

All I can tell you is that he seemed happy with them, and he has been known to change wheels if he felt he had made a mistake. I will email him in case he can send us any photos or data.
Managed to get him by email just before flying to New Zealand. He sent a pic, but frankly is it too small and dark to see anything, and only 43k, so presumably reduced from an iphone snap. Here's what he said:
"she handles a whole lot better with these, not so skittish, the offset is the same front and rear so in effect I have widened the front track, I think it's 35mm offset on 19x 8.5 all round with 255x 35 hankook ventus s1 evo tyres. Not too hard on the ride I am very pleased. Speak to Olly at A14 tyres in bury st eds and he can sort them out, he will ship them anywhere in uk 01284 765000."
He was on standard Spiders before, not a clue what tyres.

These wheels have been researched in the past and if I remember correctly, the company that made them would not produce anymore.http://thumbsnap.com/w1ccOs8e

Wow thanks QBee. Style for me is a definite yes as it's as close to the Spider as I've seen, and they fill the arches well.....but it's the gap between discs and hub the 19 inchers create that makes it look under braked that spoils it for me. Think I may be becoming over picky now!Cats said:
So are these Calibre Volantes? Standard colour? If so where can you get them and what offsets?
Liking these muchly!!
I gave a link to a supplier i found forthem back near the beginning.
Or just google Calibre Volantes 19.
Or read the quote I posted from my friend Chris, who gave all the offset details etc and who he bought them from.
