Bought myself a MOMO and went to fit it - The six alan-keyed screw holes are rotated approx 45degrees on the new wheel meaning when I'm driving in a straight line the new wheel would be on a angle.
Anyone know what the quick fix is for this? Some kind of adaptor plate?
Suspect that'll cause issues with the indicator cancelling, as that's usually operated by a tab on the boss. Although not sure if it's the same on the Tuscan, it might be operated by a block on the column itself.
Good point - The other option is pay out for the boss for that wheel - or as said above drill new holes. I just bought a new boss for mine and mounted to that (though a different momo wheel).
You can unbolt the boss (6 allen bolts) and rotate it, that is what I did but the holes don't align, they are wider apart on the original wheel, so I moved it back, drilled and tapped it. Some of the holes (two) are very close to the edge so check the alignment prior to drilling
