Dan,
MAP sensor is by/attached to fuse/relay board. It's pretty obvious to spot - rubber tube into unit from airbox.

IIRC it's from a Vauxhall Cavalier Mk.4. But, the TVR spares people have them.

Has anyone got a photo of where the MAP sensor is fixed to the fuse box and routing of the pipe? My Mk I didn't even seem to have one fitted! I've just bought one to stop the fault code coming up on the diagnostic software.......

OK , the MAP UNIT is on the edge of fuse/relay panel nearest the steering column UJ and roughly in line with the UJ. The rubber pipe routes forward goes through the bulkhead in the footwell to connect with the upper half of the Air box. There is a smal moulded spigot on the airbox to take the pipe as a push fit.

Thanks. So presumably the pipe goes through the same rubber grommet that the Throttle cable passes through?

Haven't traced it from the cabin side. However, the rubber/nitrile tube is the 3~4mm(?) ID tube that pushes onto the spigot/nipple on the rearmost vertical face of the top half of airbox.
