Having exactly the same dilemma - Tuscan really deserving some attention to the paintwork.. Mines Cascade Blue and I'm very reluctant to move away from it, despite potentially silly pricing.
Was having a chat with Jason at Str8six last week when i picked it up from its service. He pointed me at a company called House of Kolor who do some custom colours, including flip colours, at reasonable prices. Their website may be a good place to start looking for something a bit unique, if that's what you're after...
Post pics when you decide. I'll be keeping a close eye as I decide what to do with mine.

A fun job to search for a new colour! Tuscans are awesome shapes so suit a whole variety of colours, but in my opinion you need to make sure you match the interior not to clash too much. The interior is very open and in many cases if it doesn't contrast it somehow muddles the colour.
I absolutely love nightfire red on the Tuscan, works really well. I'm also a real fan of Crystal Topaz (hence I bought one!) But watch out for having it repaired as it's a very hard colour to have matched...almost impossible as there wasn't a proper colour code listed and even when on a spectrometer it often gives "correct" results that just don't look right to the natural eye. This goes for lots of the flip type colours...but the car suits it so well!
I ended up having a full respray because of this and took the opportunity to change the recipe slightly (but now have the full code for any future repairs)
Two side by side, both colours I like...the other is Tahiti blue. The flip shows off the odd curves more
When the sun isn't on it directly it's just light blue...
Get the sun on it and it goes gold all over! Here gives you an idea of the difference between light direct and indirect
My advice would be to go to a meeting and have a good look in the flesh

Mi Matt, always was something that puzzled me a bit about your car but its taken me 2 years and several sightings to put my finger on it now you've posted that photo !I think you've said its a Red Rose but its badged as an S with the additional front/rear spoiler. Can't be an S due the horizontal rear lights. Did a previous owner add the spoliers and badging ?
About time we had another Surrey Hills run
