Cheap Tuscan, looks like a really good colour. Wonder now long that will take to sell?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a car can be sold with no warranty, but if a serious fault occurs within 30 days, it can be returned for a refund. After that, you have to prove the fault was there at purchase:

By declaring it as a project car, I believe they should still list all faults with the car, otherwise, if they really want no come back, they should use an auction ,not a classified listing IMHO.

Looks great. But with all Tuscans you need to be up close.

Maybe the repair works traceable hence its mentioned but anyway if its good as it looks, new tyres, suspension upgrade and rebuild to 4.3 would be worth it at this price.
If its registered at Cat C then consideration needed against investment and future resale price.

Apart from the tyres, some trim niggles and fact it will almost certainly need a rebuild you wonder what other problems might be lurking. Chuck £10k or so at it and I'm not so sure it is such a bargain any more, I'm guessing the marmite colour won't help, although low mileage might.
