Has anybody replaced the plastic fuel flow & return pipes with the body on?
What did you replace them with, rubber tube all the way through? and how did you route them.
Looking at the larger rubber pipe from the fuel tank to the pump, can the tank end be accessed from the inspection cover under the tank, or is it a "tank out"
Help/advice appreciated.

Yep been there done that. Wooden wedges needed and a mate with a sense of humour. You may need to wedge the body over the top of the chassis at the rear end but apart from that easy....
I used a braided PTFE hose with the fittings crimped on. I guessed the length and got it pretty spot on but sorry I cannot for the life of me remember what it was. I used the existing hose as a pull through and a spot of lube and swearing, told my mate a full English at the cafe as waiting.... he pullled like a horse with mustard on its arse and we got done in no time. The heat shield mat can get caught up. Watch out for crap getting shoved in the end of the new hose as you pull it through.
The rubber hose from the tank is easy......, just do it before you eat the breakfast as it is awkward access.

Good luck
