With the ULEZ set to come to London next year, and likely to spread to other UK cities in short order, anyone able to shed some light on whether its possible to make the Tuscans compliant at all? Apologies if this is a dumb question, I dont know much about this kind of thing.

I’m no expert but my understanding is that TVRs never became Euro compliant they are UK SVA type approved
You may be able to get your TVR approved if it can be made to come up to meet the standards by introducing a filter or convert to gas.

Information here.

Otherwise you pay each time you enter the zone. When they move the London zone to the north south circular it will likely trap a few TVRs unless TFL have an exemption for those residents ?

Or use one 40 years old. Exemption for 'historic' vehicles.

It's 2021 for full inclusion all the way out to the Circular roads. So a 1981 car by then. 350i wedge values smile

If you take a long view, they should be pleased if people used 40 y.o. cars every day. It'll kill them fairly quickly.
