Just thought I would ask the question!! 18's do look damn tasty though! I REALLY want those Tuscan R headlights! Gonna order a Tuscan S for March/April delivery... Either Black like the TVR website pictures or the deep purple like the Tuscan R featured in this forum.

19 wheels! Why the 18 isn't enough??? the normal cars have 14-16 wheels Also if you put 19 weells the car height it will be more!Fron and at the rear! I don't think Tuscan looks also bad with the 18 weels?!
Are you Cambelt in disguise?

Folks keep mentioning the looks of the back end of the Tamora....is it just me or is the back end of the Tuscan R a far bigger dogs dinner?

I don't think the Tamora is too bad. I have found over time, my perception of the best looking TVR changes. I used to like the Chimera best, but recently have swung toward the Griffith. I hated the Tuscan looks when it came out, but after time, and seeing one in the flesh, I like it. Times change and the Tamora will grow on people. It is very distinctive, which is one of TVR's main selling points. Sparks <edit> Oops wrong thread! </edit> Edited by Sparks on Friday 14th September 15:47

Has anybody driven the factory demonstrator yet or does somebody know when the first customer car will be delivered??? Christof
Christof, I talked to Ben S yesterday (at Brands Hatch) and he said he thought the first customer cars would be delivered in Early Spring 2002. Interestingly he did say it would depend on the spec. you wanted. If you want a road legal race version (similar to Shorties) then you can have this first. If you want a "civilised" road version then this could be end 2002/early 2003. Mike.

Mike, sounds interesting. Perhaps TVR will make the racing version for the quoted 70 grands and a roadgoing version with a standard chassis and a standard S engine as a replacement for the Cerbera. That make a lot of sense to me!!! What do you think???
