I'm looking at going to Bridlington for the 2 mile runnway sprint, possibly the track also, and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get hold of some equipment to measure 0-60 times and 1-1.5 mile runs includin top speed etc for the day.

Thought it might be a good (legal) chance to see what the Red Rose can do in a striaght line

Race Tech do a couple of accelerometer based products AC22 and DL90 (I've got one of each). DL90 is a nice bit of kit, the AC22 is much cheaper and probably more than enough for your needs. I also have one of those hundred quid stick on the windscreen jobs (not from Race Tech) which was a real disappointment and pretty much a waste of money.

Peter,

Don't suppose there is any chance I could 'hire' one of these products off you for the day is there? Are you going to Bridlington?

I'm happy to bring it along and let you borrow it, but we would need permission from the organisers and I doubt we would get it. But it never hurts to ask.

Cheers, I will tentivly ask through the Mid Essex TVR club to see if this is possible.

Thanks again, and I will keep you informed.
