Crystal Topaz is just ace.
What a colour, still my favourite - not a lairy reflex, but a modern classic. Lovely.

Ah....I am here.

Wonderful to learn of her existence. She was a great motor whilst I had her. Just shown the pictures to my son, born November 2006. It was his arrival that caused her departure.

She looks fabulous. Feeling rather misty eyed.

Also, to answer Nicks question, I removed the Sagaris cans before selling the car on 14 years ago. The original carbon cans were a better fit and did not stick out as much. The originals sounded better.

Spot the high level brake light conversion. Its unique and quite a few people wanted pictures to see how it was done.

That 18000 mile service was, I think, when I took it to the factory. It left driving like new but I was £1,000 lighter. smile

Hi Bryan
I purchased the car from a dealer who took the
Car in p/x
The car was in a bit of a state
It as had ready for this
£3000 spent with bespoke to get the car up and
Running
£1000 on new carpets and recolouring of seats
£2800 on new discs, pads , lines, new tyres , wheels
Refurbished, Price he wanted was £25k
I traded my chimaera + funds for it
In addition to that
I have had the bonnet conversion
Seat backs colour coded
Rear window
And a few other bits
I have the car fully detailed and
The paintwork is Now superb
Engine seems ok Upto yet
oil pressure fine , water temperature fine, no smoke at all
But sounds very metally ,
but might just be me as I have
Always had v8 tvr models approximately 10 of them
But may be how they sound ?
Nice to hear from you
Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy,

Sorry to hear it was in a bit of a state. It won the Back Home concours many years ago. Might have been 2003 or 2004, not sure. Looking at the reg, it was traded in by the person I sold it to. Strange that there was no history since 18,000 miles. Chap who bought it was a car dealer and I know he took it to an Indy somewhere in Cheshire and had the suspension 'set up not that it needed it. Also strange that it has been stored 8 years.

When I sold it, for about £18.5k (!) I handed over every single receipt. I contacted the first owner who traded it in for a Maserati. Think it came from Mole Valley and he got charged another for its early servicing.

They do sound agricultural so would not be overly concerned with that. Never had a rebuild before or during my tenure. Looking at MOT history online it got used alot soon after I sold it, but had two SORN periods.

PMd you last night so happy to have a chat if you give me a call and can tell you more.

Best regards

Bryan
