I think it's possibly the one of the line, John Simpson (alias Daftlad alias TVR owner) had bought it from after it was completed in the Barn, but the price was increased and John withdrew from the purchase.

I believe I am correct in saying that was a Targa not a Convertible.

I stand corrected Liz, you're the expert on John other tham MrsS of course....

Standard non-S spec with nice black / red colour scheme. Noticed it also has the odd heater / lights control panel with the hazzard lights between the lights and fog light switch like mine. Most appear to have the hazzard button central on the panel.

Thanks Paul...Oh, that's a shame...I guess the the one that SPICE spotted smashed up....Unusual the red roof....I'll add the photos to the register.I've got a spare grill and inspection bonnet and spare front wheel, halfway to fixing it...Keith

The first one might be Big M...Dark Fantasy... although I can't make out reg... but I thought Big M's was TO55 CAN or similiar. I'll add just in case... What any better guess on the colour???

Second one M4 LTR is on the register, it was at Chatsworth and The North Yorks Ice Cream run.

Maybe the one at Racing Green...with seats changed...can't remember seeing one with TVR logos in the headrest ever!!! They often put Sparco seats in the show cars.

Editted to add...Just checked the Estoril Blue one at Hexham Horeseless...It's got TVR in the headrests so guess it's that one.

Hi Rona, thanks for the info..."Blackish Red" eh... never would have guessed that one...I'll question Gerbil about his lack of imgination next time I see him...

There will probably be a few convertibles at Chatsworth, but thats quite a way from Ayrshire...I was up at Troon,Prestwick and Turnberry last August in mine...guess what I was doing ????
It was a great drive once I was past Carlisle...I did go the long way via Gatehouse of Fleet,Newton Stewart and Girvan, but you have to don't you...

PS Any chance of the last four digits of your VIN, then I can place it in build order and maintain a track of the car, just in case you were foolish enough to sell it (joke).

Thanks, I've sorted it now...It was my fault..The register was cocked up in August and I had to restore a part of it from an old backup...between taking the backup TVR Tuscan must have supplied the extra info to put the entry in by build number and I never noticed.

Done, but would appreciate your build number then there's a fixed record of you car.

The reason why I think that's a 2005 built car is because the headlight surrounds are black rather than body colour. Not sure if its yours , I thought yours was 2006 built aswell as registered. The build number would confirm it.

The KEZ Imola Red one is nistocks already on the register, not sure if EU06 BOJ (a 2005 car) is already on too .. maybe Paul Holins I know he was selling it and its flagged as export on the DLVA site.


Shame looks like another leaves the UK

Its not Pauls car, so I've added it to the register... If the owner thinks it was one of the last 5 cars made ...he is in for a suprise..I think its a 2005 car ... Black front and rear light surrounds is always a giveaway.
