If I needed 4 seats, and I don''t, surely the BMW M3 Convertible does this job with a whole lot more style?

I'll keep the Saab thanks!! M3 is a good car but I just couldn't cope with the baseball cap image - maybe a new shape M3 when they come down in price a bit as they look a lot more classy and will be out of reach of Kev'n'jon in their nike caps for a while longer yet. Sebring - what a hideous looking piece of ****. No ta, take 'em back!

Maybe they're hoping to shift a load to the rental companies. If you notice, the only people driving them in the US are tourists.

its a sad thing. Chrysler knows how to make an attractive and good car, and sometimes they start with the right pieces and then stop caring somewhere in the middle. The avenger (nee stratus coupe) was supposed to be the spawn of a concept called the venom, a stretched neon platform with extensive usage of aluminum and using the top of the line chrysler 6... was thought to be good for 5.2 second 0-60mph runs in 1994 when the concept was introduced. Chrysler decided people shopping in that market would rather have a 200sx type package and released the limp wristed avenger off of a stretched galant platform. The avenger's twin was the sebring. The lebaron was (and now the sebring convertible is) the bestselling convertible over here, and so chrysler decided to redo the lebaron in a similar mold to the then-new sebring. It was fresh, it made the lebaron look even worse than its competiton had been doing, and chrysler sold a bunch of them. Then the sebring was due for a makeover, and so, they cast it in the same mold as the restyling of the new sebring sedan (previously the classy cirrus), which, unfortunately for the already lanky sebring, was going through a "maturity-enhanced" makeover. So the extra lard, both visual and literal, were translated to this car. like too many of chyrsler's products, this is one car that would have been better if they hadn't designed it by committe, but chrysler doesn't care, they sell an arseload of sebrings, and NOW they're just trying to get as much mileage out of their redesign buck by selling them overseas before the eventual replacement in a year or two. Sad. The 300Hemi C would have been a wonderful placeholder for this barge. the Daimler- side of the corporation has been putting the squeeze on chyrysler, and I'm afraid the rejuvenation of the company that brought them back from the brink is over. offering the most brilliant people in the company severances was not a good idea. At least the viper hasn't succumbed yet.
