That looks like a vast improvement on the ‘97 idea.
I could see the original concept working as a personal parking solution, but as a commercial enterprise...

That's missing a trick - install the unside of the top ramp with a removeable (roll up?) plastic sheet and you can use it to service the top car too!

Depends how narrow - I have the Intern 208 installed that after 5-6 years of (occasional) use will be redundant very shortly.
That’s 2660mm wide and is fine for standard vehicles - my 993 fits fine.
If you want a bargain- please let me know
