About flipping time I say. I can''t beleive it''s taken so long to stop government and individuals money being wasted so needlessly, whilst criminals profit. Now how about some decent penalties to deter these lowlifes in the first place.

Excellent idea, hope it works as well as expected. Wonder what excuse Insurance Companies will have/use to put up the Premium in future years !?!?

Hmmm interesting. Well, with SPECS and the insurance Database, maybe they'll tie the 2 together and start sending out fixed penalty notices. Obviously relies on the "honesty" of the person who has registered the car. Then again, if they were honest maybe they'd have insurance, and we'd have cheaper insurance.
