Side and rear profile is great.

The front is coyote ugly. The side and rear profile make me think of seeing a very attractive woman, then seeing the front and being horrified. Sorry Toyota, don't build this pig!

fat chance. the windshield line's integration with the natural lines of the car alone tell you that this car is not for production in any form. That 4.3 liter v8 will show up in whatever the 4300GT turns out to be though.
