Forgive me for using your website again to reach members but this seems to be the forum I can find to get a quick response.
As you now we are the approved insurance brokers for the TVR Insurance Scheme and I used the site to pass on information when the Independent Insurance Company crashed. This is now almot behind us!
At the risk of being shot down in flames I would be grateful if anyone has any problems relating to documentation or service that they contact me personally on my e-mail address ann_manning@amanninguk.com. We are trying to ensure that all members receive the best service possible and if anything arises which needs attention I would like to know - good or bad!
Finally may I thank everyone for their support and look forward to seeing you at future events.

Not sure if you wanted a general response on here but I have noticed various threads in the past (say three months) complaining of poor service suffered by a relatively few individuals. Maybe a search will help you find them.
Sorry can't be more specific cos i can't remember the detail, only that it surprised me because I have always had excellent service when I have had any queries.
OK, having got that unsolicited accolade out of the way, it will soon be time for my renewal so I presume that I will now get a very favourable quote
On a more general topic, I was one of those unfortunates who lost their outstanding premium due to Independent's collapse last year. There was discussion at the time that a claim had been lodged and that there may be some hope for recompense. Could you advise us what the situation is please, is there a chance, do we have to wait longer ........?
