Understood. I don’t really want to disconnect if I can avoid it (hassle, lose clock etc). It regularly gets left a few weeks between drives, even in the summer. I might get a timer socket thing and give it 10 minutes a week, or whatever it needs to keep it around the 80% mark. That Bluetooth monitor from antigravity would be useful to get to know the battery and keep it in good nick.
£600 for a bluetooth feature is quite a bit.. A small charge every now and then would keep it working fine. Give Deadweight a shout, they will be able to advise..

I meant use the AG tracker thing with a deadweight battery. It's £40.
Although it is marketed as an AG battery monitor, I think it is probably generic - just monitors the voltage and makes it available via bluetooth.

edit: it says it works with all lithium batteries smile and they have a version for lead/acid also. Quite a handy gadget by all accounts.

Ah! My bad, I misunderstood.. Yes for £40 it could be a useful addition for easy monitoring!

Yes I'm happy with that. Thanks again for the recommendation.

I have decided to go for the CTEK Li charger/conditioner sold on the AG site - this knows what the LiFePO4 batteries like and modulates the voltage accordingly, so I can just plug it in and forget about it.
